You have to be on live ICM tone for the Messg button to work. User issues as kxt said. Read user manual. APITS shoud be integration mode.

thats why back in the day when I did a boatload of
kx-t's I labeled intercom button with baudcom label software intercom and the word function underneath in red and told customers that features would not "Function" with out pressing intercom first......!

so what are you guys saying? it is not integrated properly? all extensions work fine but one.

there's nothing new in the manual... I read it 3 years ago when was setting up the system...

it is a recent thing... i figure if I did not integrate the system correctly, it would not work, it would not transfer etc.

Sometimes when messages are not checked right away, the message light goes off... and comes back on when a new message arrives... then when I check, finally, it is a load of messages.. that is another weird thing.

if you ring 100 which i think you said was your lead
vm ext and there is a mailbox set up on your ext and in class of service settings you have auto login
on set to yes and you dont get either "please enter your password followed by the pound sign" or "you have X new messages" your integration is not right
follow on id is not being sent properly..What revision 824 do you have?

ver 3.0.9 (y911al100726)M this is the revision for my PBX


when I dial 100 on any ext that hosts a mail box, the woman asks always "enter your password followed by the pound key"

i never had a problem getting to messages by manually dialing 100...

Yeah, tva50 and ta824 does not support dpit together unfortunftely frown some features of tva is no use
