Just needing to change the name of some extensions. I’ve accessed the system and changed the name there, however, the device stills registers the original name. How does one change the name? Ihave a telrad DIGITAL 400 system. Speakerphone set and Display speakerphone set.

You change the names in Station Atributes. You said that you already did that and they didn't change. After you changed them did you load it to the system? If you go into the CFG file does it show a %(example 13%) at the top of the screen? If it does then it didn't load.

If you did load the changes. Reset the phones, unplug and replug. You do know you dont see the name in the display of your own phone?
