Folks, I support a version 7 imagine voicemail. The owner is leasing space and needs to keep calls from tenant 4 from zeroing out and going to the only console. We programmed an analog ext. as the option for zero in the subscribers mail boxes but it will not go to the ons port. It will go to a ULD port. Will it go to a hunt group with the ons and a uld in it? Do I need to program the ons as a different type of port?
Thanks in advance, John

You can set the single line port as the operator for Attn 4 but i wouldn't do that, I would just send it to a mailbox. What exactly are you trying to do, is it one line or a few?

Sounds like you need to reprogram the AppGen files so that "opt 0", and timeout, leaves a msg in a general mailbox instead of ringing the ATT. ------------------ Telradmaniac [email protected][This message has been edited by Telradmaniac (edited April 08, 2005).]
