I have a Telrad 400 switch and use Imagen for voicemail. Is there a way to record selected telephone conversations? Please help!

Assign a programmable button to be Call Record (CR) and make sure the extension has a voice mailbox setup in the imagen. Then just hit the button during the phone call.
