We lost the default system prompt voice file in the S subdirectory of IVM directory...

Anyone can point me to where I can get a hold of v5.00C IVM software, so I can run an upgrade from v5.00C to v5.00C and hopefully get those voice file back?

Or if someone be so kind to send me a copy of their S subdirectory?

Thanks in advance,
Sunny

Oh... really...? Hmmm....

When I go to the voice mail computer (ImaGen) the screen say version 5.00C, any idea what that is? Anything to do with SBS?

Sorry, I am very new to telephone systems...

Would version 4.00K have the system voice prompt files? Where can I get the software?

Thanks for your reply,
Sunny

You have a DVC card or AVC card. Look on the back of the computer (the voicemail).

I can send you 5.50e but you need a DVC card.

Yes, It has a 4 ports DVC card.

You have the software? Great, that would be wonderful if you can sent it to me.

Is there anything I need to do before I upgrade from the 5.00C to 5.00E?

I think the floppy drive is not working right, so does it takes just any old floppy drive or specific one?

This is good news, since we have been out of VM for almost 3 weeks now.

Really appreciate this,
Sunny

I don't think you have to do anything but do an upgrade procedure.

The floppy drive has to work.
I will e-mail them tomorrow. It's about ten disks so have floppy disk ready.

Thanks Tony,

I will switch out the floppy today so I can do the upgrade once I get your disk images.

Thanks in advance,
Sunny
