Telrad is my main product and have yet to have that issue. I have had the MAP port lockup after leaving the programmer cord plugged in for many weeks.
AppGen is a thing of the past on the EmaGen and you are going to hard pressed to find any voicemail that will play RAN's for announcements or ACD appl. Maybe a call to John McNaulty about the issues but if your a Dealer any one of the Tech support peoples will get you upgraded chips for the memory cartridge. But if you can make sure you have the lastest PCP or Last PCP in the case of LB6 or LB7. EManager if you have later than 7.36.

If you go with any third party voicemail you are going to have trouble intergating it with any system. If your changing out the system change the whole thing. But telrad is a great product. Maybe we can help you fix the problems your having now.
