We would like to block some specific area codes from being called. I went through our switch software, but I do not see where you can block them. We are running ver 7.39 I also looked at our vmail but I didn't see any blocking parameters. How does one go about doing this?

Go to Toll Restriction and define a plan. If you make a denied plan, enter what is allowed inside that plan. If allowed, enter in what is denied in the plan. Then, go to the Class of service, of the Ext to restrict, and enter in the TR plan in the TLR/COR column.
Hope this helps.
