Scenario: Call comes in and reception answers. Party requests to speak to Bob (who is on his line). Receptionist transfers using Bob's DSS button, and hears ringing. At that moment a second call comes in. The receptionist cannot get the first caller back (to ask if they would like mail) by pressing the line button. If she answers the second call, the first call disappears, and they call back saying they were disconnected. There is no MOH, so I think the caller just assumes this, but that is beside the point. How does reception get back to the first held caller?

SS - The software level is 6.05 If she hears ringing, could it be camp-on, or possibly just 4 rings then VM? No float keys on reception, but they do have a backup "receptionist" with a 79-520 who has the same issue.
We tried to re-create the scenario, but it was just me and the recepionist and it was rather chaotic. But she was able to get the first call back once by pressing the 'pickup' key.
