Changing it to 73 won't make any diffrence. I'm not sure why it don't work. I know DISA doesn't work with all the features in the system. I would think it would work for speed dial. I'll have to look it up in the book.

According to the book you can access system or personal speed dial through DISA. This is in Version 7.34 or above. It say dial 773 ater you have access the system through DISA. I would check your COS for that system speed dial or just try a personal speed dial. I will test it at my office when I get some extra time.
