Hey I was wondering if anyone knows how to do this? I have a version 7 telrad with a connegy Emagen voicemail. I have an ext setup, 102, that is just a phanton, no phone, which rings directly to speed dial 1 #300. when i dial that from an internal phone, it rings the external # and stays at that vmail. My system is full auto attendant, if i call in the mail #, hitting vmail, dial 102 I need the phone to ring directly to that speed dial # and stay with that external telco provided voicemail. I am a newb when it come to telrads...our telrad guy left, im a toshiba/esi guy. any help will be appreciated.

In the voice mail set COS of that Mailbox to blind transfer instead of Full. Make a new COS for this Mailbox (102). Make sure your transfer timer in the system is more than the amount of rings before the telco VM pick-up.
