I can probably get some agreement here on this, but often 'nagging problems' are the result of 'failure to address the problem monetarily'. Or, spend enough $$ to cure the problem, rather than patch or hide the problem. Another source is usually lack of compatibility between systems scattered across the world, as in your case. Mitel, Avaya, and Nortel all are 'multi-continent' brands, but that doesn't guarantee that they can link 'ultra smoothly'. I'd push Mitel, but you still need to investigate the restrictions that are inherent in each brand, especially when going multi-continental. John C. (Not Garand)
