I need to get into the system admin mailbox and identify and reset a password for an existing mailbox. A new user needs to use the mailbox

*999+psswrd follow prompts to box admin
delete box reenter box. set up new box as you
normally would. if you were a tech and had a laptop and stratagy
admin software you would change to a default psswrd and you would be out of there
