We did it about 3 years ago with a BVPU in a DK424. Customer has a DK40 in Alabama; installed BVPU at each site connected via T-1 LAN connection. BVPU is programmed as TIE E&M (same as REMU). There is an administration program you will need from FYI site to program the units.

This application worked very well, until Customer recently upgraded to CommServer.

Hope that helps........

REMU provides for Copper wire E&M Circuits.

Martin - Thats it. Goto FYI, Strata Systems Software and look for Toshiba Maintenance Console Software, Version 5.0.5 for BVPU1A (03/21/01). Download both files and install on your laptop.

Its been awhile since I've done this one, but I'll try to help. Feel free to e-mail me for my phone number (or ask SSPhone - he has it).

Dan
