Hi All,

I work in a tech support group and are looking to "go wireless"!

Can some of you professionals reccomend a compatible wireless headset using Toshiba's DKT 2020-SD model phone system?

Something in the 2.4gig range would be great, but will settle for a 900Mhz range if stability/reliability/cost will make a difference.

Thanks inadvance

Dans right. We also use Plantronics.

Remember you need a HHEU2 card installed in each phone with a headset.

Good Luck.

I've been doing some web searching and see there's an "HHEU" and the "HHEU2" card; what is the difference between the two?

Thanks!

"program"? is this done with the phone? or with the wireless base unit? or at the junction box?

a bit more detail would be appreciated - thanks!

HHEU2 is newer version. I would use that. Programming release button is optional, but is done in the phone system. You may need your installer for that.
