Date / Time is set from port 000 (usually extension 200), not programming port 005 (Ext. 205). The same goes for setting the user names that display on a LCD phones - #621 must be done at port 000 for a non-display phone (sorry for getting off topic). These two functions require me to move the front-desk receptionist off her phone.

I am having a similar issue and am wondering if you guys could offer some help.
We have a Strata DK424 System with DKT2020-SD phones. I have tried to set the time using #652 from almost every phone in the office (including X200), but all I get is a beeping noise that sounds similar to a busy signal. Is there anyway to see which extension is associated with port 0?

dial Int. #402 and this should tell you what the port number is. PHY=000 is what you are looking for.
Then....
Int. #652 HH:MM:SS is military time REDIAL
That should do it.

Thank You very much for the help. It took me about 30 minutes to go around the building plugging a phone into all the empty ports, but I finally found port 000 and everything worked like a charm. The phone system was inherited by us along with the building and it has been a nightmare trying to get everything setup for our company. Now that I know where port 000 is, then maybe more of the stuff in the manuals will work correctly. Thanks again for your help.
