Please help. After I put a phone call on hold and three minutes go by, the phone starts a loud beeping process until I pick up the phone. How do I lower the volume?
Thanks,
Bob

That is a reminder that you have someone on hold. There is a VOL UP and VOL DN buttons on the phone. Just turn it dowm. That hold timer can be shortened or disabled. Check with your telecom technician.

We don't have a telephone technician. Do you know how to disable it? Thanks, Bob <font face="Verdana, Arial" size="2">Originally posted by Voyager: That is a reminder that you have someone on hold.
