I HAVE A EKT 6520-SP PHONE SYSTEM. CAN I RECEIVE AN INBOUND CALL, PATCH THRU TO SECOND OUTSIDE NUMBER AND ALLOW THE 2 OUTSIDE PARTIES KEEP TALKING AFTER I HANG UP?

It really depends on the model of phone system you have and the software version. The 6520 is the phone set model number and could go on several different versions of the Toshiba product. I would suggest calling your vendor that services your system and ask this question, or locate the KSU(box on the wall) and let me know what it is. If I remember right you need to have a DK 40i/280/424/424i version 4 and above to do this. Anyone else out there remember for sure?
