Yup.. Desolder & soldering is no problem but still waiting for switch hooks. Ran program 90 & 91, couldn't find program 92. Now no bells ring, did we cause that or is it just a coincinense. Ron

Yup. Ringing is in Programs 81 to 89 and you do it by port number.
Ext. 200 is port 000, etc.

Thanks Bunnie. And many thanks to all of you who have responded, the switch hooks were the main problems. Got new ones and have them installed and now the phones talk, now we just have to figure out all of the programming. Thanks again to all... Ron

Gramps maybe you should send a bill to Bunnie for bad advice. The only problem you had was bad hook switches in the phone sets and she had you default the system and now you have to reprogram. FYI the other incorrect info: DK16 doesnt have a program 92 that program didnt start until the 16e. The port numbers on you DK16 will be 00-07 ext 10-17 in the base cabinet. If you do not have a manual the manuals link at the top of the page has a DK manual. If you want tech support by phone contact one of the moderators.
