Hello,
We are sharing our Toshiba Stratagy system with another company. They somehow managed to reset the system administrator password (for 999) when they added new mailboxes a couple months ago and they do not know what it is. We need to reset voicemail for our new employees but we cannot get into our system admin mailbox. We couldn't find any information in the user manual.
Could anyone help us reset a system admin password? Thank you.

We lost our sys admin password too. We don't have the s/w. Is there a backdoor p/w for *999. IVP8 on a CTX100.

If you need an admin password reset post your request in the forum. Our policy is that we cannot give out passwords so don't ask. One of our mods will contact you to verify that you are who you say you are. They will then call into the system and reset the admin password. There is a charge for this that will need to be charged to a credit card.
