Hi
Does anybody know the Msg Light Notification Template Number.
The system is a Strata DK280 with a Strategy DK VM

By default, MSG light notification is Templates 1 and 2

When you set up the voicemail and run the plug & play it will set up the notification template for you.... if you add a template say for cell phone notify it would be #3......etc

Is it possible to setup the template for Msg Light notification without having console access to the PABX? i.e can it be done from an ext?
The template seems to be the problem, when I check the template on a phone that works it is called DKT4..... on the phone that does not display the notification the templates are called COM1.....

The non-working phone is trying to light via SMDI Integration. That needs to be changed. You have to have the Stratagy Admin for the version in the card.
