Heh...sorry...Under the ES Admin Console in the mail box editor, and under the "User Mode Options" tab, I activated "message copy" and selected the destination v/m box. You an also specify whether or not this deletes the message from the original box.

I have a similar issue,call gets forwarded ok, but never goes to voicemail. CTX670 + Voicemail is Stratagy iES32 I am using this for the forwarding (Busy No Answer to an ext.) Ext.Button + #6041 + destination ext. + 08 (timer seconds) This forwards the call after about 2 rings, but the destination ext# just rings & rings. I would like the voicemail to pick up on the original ext# if possible. I think the solution right above my post would copy any voicemail left on the destination ext# to the original. I don't want that to happen.
