Does it flash red or green? Are the lines in question part of a Multiple Call Group? If so, no matter what you do with the line appearances on the phone, it will not ring unless it is also part of that same multiple call group.

It flashes Red, but beats me if I know if its apart of a Multiple Call Group. I'll try to figure it out. Thx! p.s. red :shrug:
