You also need a software key (dongle) for DKAdmin to run, along with a serial port on the system.
Like breed said, it could be a bad card. How often does this happen? What cards are in what cabinets? Also, check the ribbon cable between cabinets.

Slots 11 through 15 are PDKUs and slot 16 is a Stratagy DK. I dont have admin but found it for a couple bills with key. I also just replaced the other 2 power supplies, no change I guess ill try the cards. Thanks :toast:

You can swap software cards, RCTUs, without doing anything else.
You lose all programming if you take out chips.

What software level do you have, what level do you want?
You could hook up a serial printer to a PIOU or similiar card and use program 97 to print everything out. There is not so much programming in most ksus that you couldn't put it in by hand without too much effort and the printout would give you a hard copy to double check.

I think its release 4, didnt know about the printer. Everything seems to be ok now, re programed some of it and replaced the remaining 2 power supplies and a PDKU. Ill reply if it goes down again. Thanks :banana: :banana: :banana:
