I have noticed that a DSS shows an extension that is disconected with a solid red. When the DSS console is disconnected and then reconnected, all the lights stay off.

The same happens when you pull the plug on a DKT phone when someone is on one of the CO lines. I guess the system doesn't recognize that the line is in use until the status of that line changes, say, hangs up and then goes off hook again. Might be a polling issue for Toshiba :confused:
