All I wanted to do was delete an extension using telephone program 201. I received an error 84. What does that error number mean? My programming guide only has three errors for that program and none are number 84. I also attempted to delete the extension using the computer. I seem to be able to delete other extensions, just not the one I want.
Thanks.

If you are trying to delete or change extension 200, you must first delete it from the emergency attendant call group (can't remember the program number). This program will prevent you from changing that extension. Delete it from this program, and you shouldn't have any trouble.

If there's a dss assigned to it, you have to unassign it first.
