Ok - thgis still isn't working for my customer! May not have mentioned the caller Id info is coming from the d-channel of a PRI. Do I need to turn somehting on for the PRI progrmaming??

Check program 105 FB 17, and 19. I had a system displaying DNIS instead of Caller ID before.

Are any toshiba certified techs willing to assist me for a small fee? I don't have any info or software to connect to the IP Toshiba.

I have it set to Calller Id and the other FB is also enabled. Any other suggestions?

Amy, is this an IP phone? Is the call ringing to the PDN or a phantom DN? Check pgm 304 FB18 Check pgm 105 again FB 17 -AND- FB19 Check pgm 204 FB 17 (0-100)

Toshiba Bob-
I have verified that in pgm 304 FB 18 is set to User Provided, pgm 105 FB 17 and 19 are set as they should be and there is a value in pgm 204 FB 17. There is also a Caller ID button on the phones that the customer wants to have this feature for and these phones ring for the incoming call as well.
I do have the incoming calls ringing to a MCG group though - would that make a difference?
