Hello,

I'm addind extensions to a DDSS3060, on a CTX 670 system, using the WinAdmin software. most of the extensions were added successfully, but there are a few that just wont go in and shoots out the error. I tried adding them to another 3060 and they went in fine, so i started adding others and but I got the same problem with different extensions. i even tried putting them on different buttons and i get he same thing. has anyone else seen this error before? i tried googling the error but i can't seem to find any info on it.

Did you duplicate a dss entries on the same DDSS or dss entries for non-existent extensions might will give you an error. I'm not sure if the same error you are getting.

I noticed that you can't set duplicate DSS entries, but some are not duplicates and still recieve the same error.

so now that i got both consoles programmed correctly, I tried re-assigning the consoles to the Reception desk phone and now the system won't load the mapped numbers, now it gives me another error.

CTX Error (0x1346e6) Facility=0, Severity=1,Command=215,Error Code=52,Data=230
Data Transmitted to DB is wrong (IF error)

Any thoughts?

You can't re-assign the DSS circuit number and have the key assignments on there stay. You can do a copy of one DSS to another.
