The LCD screen on one of our telephones has gone blank and we cannot figure out how to fix it or why it is blank. I have consulted all of the manuals that came with the system when we purchased it (in 2001). The original company that sold the system to us is no longer in business, and I believe our IT signed us up with AT&T to handle our system-they are of little use though. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like it's time to send it in for repair. You can try switching it with another phone. Look in Equipment Repair Forum the Mod in there repairs Toshiba.

Some tech told me long ago to press the MIC and the VOL Up and VOL Dn buttons to adjust contrast. However, there are a few versions of the the DKT2xxx series and I have yet to find one which lets me do that.
For my case, we had to have the LCD changed.
