Working on a dk40i and i have found out ext 25, which i just setup, does not foward an unanswered call to voice mail. so if for example ext 10 transfers to ext 25, ext 25 rings 4 or 5 times then stops ringing, and it recalls to a totally different ext. i cant find where to change this.
Please help..

Try looking at the user guide if you have one, your ext 25 is more than likely call forwarded to another extension.
You'll need to change the call forward by going off-hook to intercom dialtone and dialing #603, the voicemail DHG# or ext #, press the speed dial button, the number of seconds you want before it forwards(08-60), and then press the redial button.
You will hear confirmation tones as you progress each step.
#601 is for all
#602 is for busy
#603 is for no answer
#604 is for busy/no answer
