If you planning on expanding up to 30 stations you going to want to go up to the Aspire and not the Aspire S. Ask who is selling the phone system to you about aspire dms mail and mobile extensions.

Or, ask the dealer why they proposed the Aspire when the UX5000 is out.

A good salesman will sell you anything (and tell you anything) just to get the commission.
Most phone systems pretty much do all of the same features. Don't let price be your deciding factor. You need to feel comfortable with the company you are dealing with.
Ask each company soliciting your business: What is the hourly rate for service calls, Do they impose a "trip charge" on top of first hour? If so, how much... What is their response time? What are their after-hours availability? Do they provide training? If so, what is the extent of the training?

Thanks to everyone. I was really leaning toward the ESI only because of the salespersons reaction time to demo meetings, quotes and questions. They seem to be more customer oriented than the others. They were also the only ones to quote hourly rates, response time, replacement plans, etc. I'll probably go with them. I appreciate everyone's help.

Well, you are doing the right thing by leaning toward the most responsive bidder. This is hopefully indicative of the level of response that they will provide you for service/support issues.
As it has been stated many times here for years, it's not necessarily the product itself that you are purchasing.....It is the long-term business relationship with your system vendor that is the true investment.
Thanks for checking here first. We all do our best to try to offer fair and unbiased suggestions to your question. In the end, you have to trust your gut reaction and vendor's references' feedback to determine the true value of the purchase.
Please check back here anytime, in fact we would like to hear your review of your experience so that it can be shared with others in your situation.

Skip to my signature line, as it applies to your question.
Check out your locla avaya dealer, and the IP Office if they are a good BP.
I can not recommend any technology platform, only technicians!
