Hello, I have WinAdmin and E-Manager, and for some reason it will not load on my computer. Does any one know the spec's on what i need to do to my computers, another tech told me but I don't handle Toshiba equipment, I only to Mitel, and Nitsuko. Daniel-
Make sure you have IIS and SNMP installed prior to installatioon. Also, during installation, disable all virus protection, firewalls and pop-up blockers. Uninstall any IE toolbars like yahoo and google. If you have the latest eManager, you don't need WinAdmin.

So do i need XP PRO and also do you know if it works with Vista Home Premium

Yes and yes.
You do need XP Pro and it will work with Vista Home Premium. As Voyager said there is no reason for WinAdmin, if you have eManager.

It will work o vista HOME Premium? I thought you needed Business or Ultimate.

My boss' Lenovo laptop has Vista Home Premium with eManager V5.10A07 working... whether it should or not.
