Our CIX is setup for the voice mail system to answer most incoming calls, they can then dial the extension they want. We have noticed that in the Ultimate reports, when we look at a stations incoming calls, there is no caller ID info. But, if we look at the voice mail extensions it is there.

Is there anyway to get the CLID info to appear on a station that a call was transfered to?

Hope this makes sense.
