I had to reformat my computer and now cannot log into Stratagy ES Administration software.

I was using remember the password ... and two years later, I forgot the password.

Is there a way to reset the password?

I could have sworn that I did not change the default password but for the likes of me, I cant remember if the password is either:

******** or ********

i tried with both login administrator and admin.

Do I need to reboot the voicemail system??

Rebooting won't reset password. If the password was default it would generally popup every time you login to ask to change it.

A Toshiba dealer could possibly reset the code. Worst case they would contact Toshiba who could reset it, likely at a price.

I think the PW is just for getting into the Emanager app has nothing to do with a password on the system.

Altho eManager can be used to administer a voicemail, specifically the MAS system, I believe he said he was using Stratagy ES Administrator, which is a windows based stand alone software.

But in the case of EManager, yes you are correct that the password to log in is only to open the emanager App, not for connecting to the system.
