I am working on a ctx100 and have programmed a voicemail transfer button CNF#407 on the phones but it doesnt seem to work correctly. When on a call the user presses the voicemail transfer button then the extension of the user and it just rings back to the user trying to transfer the call. I am sure I have done this in the past at other locations but cannot think if i am missing anything.
Also a side question, we have 2 extensions that are in the shop. Can we set them up to do simultanious intercom? ie. when i dial 215 it voice anounces on 214 and 215?
Thanks

Hello Michael, You have to follow that up with a "#" CNF/TRN, #407, DN, # It will automatically release the call from the phone and you're done. Side response - you can not have two ext voice announce/two-way talk path at once, via INT. The easiest way to do that would be to put them in a page group. If you're looking for simultaneous ringing, then a MCG or PhDN's would be your best option(s).

Don't forget to input the VM pilot number in "VM DATA" under voicemail transfer destination.
