I have been tasked with installing a R2 IVP-8 into an expanded DK40i. Trouble is, I can't find the code for that voice mail. Would it be the same as a Stratagy DK? Any other parameters I should be aware of?

31 should do it, other parameters should be same as 280

Not in slot 18 and you need dtmf receiver in base

Thanks, Ken. I knew that 31 was the code for a DK, but wasn't sure about the IVP8. This unit had an external voice mail (not Toshiba) that died, and we're putting in the IVP8 to replace that. I have a KSTU + receiver in the base unit. That should do the trick.

Thanks again!
