I put in @F-#45-{phone number}--H
Then I tried @F-9-{phone number}--H

I could never get past the "invalid mailbox" prompt.

Make sure that the extension number is in the user id field of the mailbox.

This is a virtual box with no extension, so I just picked 250 to use as the "call forwarding box." It does say 250 in the user ID field, and when I had 250 in the extension field, it would transfer to that box. But as soon as I removed 250 from the extension box and put in the token string, it refused to go to that box anymore.

BTW, the token for a Dk should be @F-9-{phone Number},,F-F-H as per the Toshiba web site.
Heres a clip from thier site to explain it:
@ Suppress normal mailbox function
F Hook Flash Puts the caller on hold and draws system dial tone
- Pause for ½ second
9 Accesses either LCR or the dial 9 group
- Pause for ½ second
5551212 The telephone number as dialed from the local site.
,, Pause for 4 seconds
F Hook Flash Creates a conference consisting of caller, voice mail, and call originated by voice mail.
- Pause ½ second
F Hook Flash Drops voice mail out of the conference
- Pause ½ second
H Hang up Voice mail releases the port

There could be some programing issues also, per the same doc.

There shouldn't be any reason you can not dial that mailbox unless you changed the group. If you can maybe you can what the status screen while you dial it.
Check to see if dialing 9 will work on your system. I don't know why the centrex (#45) wouldn't woork if you use a flash key on the phones. You could add more dashes of commas and try adding another #45 before the H Hangup.

You have to turn off LED 9 in program 31 for all vm ports if you are doing a trunk-to-trunk transfer.
