I'm trying to find out if there is a ceiling on the # of members that can be on a conference call initiated from one PDN. I've gotten up to essentially 8 agents. Two internal extensions (including the initiator) and 6 external agents (cell phones).
Does anyone know if there's a hard limit on this?
Also, I'm going to assume that each outbound call will eat up an additional trunk. Is this correct?
Thanks,
Justin

8 is the limit with up to 6 being outside callers so you hit the limit dead on. Yes each outbound call will eat up one trunk.
