Now here comes a very minor woe...
In the mailbox I created I can create a menu option to TRANSFER to my extension. It transfers, but when someone picks up the transfer there is a few seconds of no connection before we can hear each other. The answer-er picks up the phone and can say "Hello? Hello?" and the first "Hello?" or second of speech isn't heard by the caller. Is this just a general delay in the system that can't be helped or is there something I have mis-configured?
Again, thanks again to you guys, this forum is a friggin' life saver.

And another... How do I make an option transfer to an extension? I noticed it transfers to extensions that have matching mailboxes, but I thought maybe there is a Token (TokenIntApp) I can use instead of creating a mailbox for each multiple call group/pilot dn I want to transfer to.

To answer the last two questions, put an "H" after the extension number to have it transfer blindly. That will eliminate the short pause. To transfer to a call group or phantom DN, I usually create a voicemail box with the extension number of the call group. Be sure to include the "H" and turn off recording.
Now back to the Multi tenant. The FYI article I was talking about is NOT the one where you change the answer method. That is the easiest way to share, but will devide your ports among all the different boxes. With 12 ports and 9 teneants, that doesn't leave much for each. There is a different one that includes "port sharing". It uses an extensive amount of Token programing. I Have done a few times. It is pretty tough the first time.
The method that Breed mentions, I have done that many times also. Very easy to setup. The problem is when you get careless callers that fat finger their blackbery and get the "That was an invalid entry" from Mrs. Stratagy. Guess where the caller ends up. Back to the default 990 instrauctional greeting. This could be a problem if that belongs to the wrong company.
Another easy way to elininate this problem is to keep box 990 as default. If the caller ends up back there then they hear the "If you know the extension....."
The Multi tenanat WITH port sharing eliminates this problem by taking the caller back to the AA of the company they called, using Tokens to keep track of where the caller started. Again, this can be very time consuming to setup the first time.
Any method you use you can make as many levels in ther AA as you like, and be as complicated as you want as long as the caller will keep pressing the buttons.
Also true that the instructional greeting only works for the answering box. If you want 2 parts, the create 2 mailboxes the flow from one to the other. IE setup MB 890 as the greeting, then chain done with no delay to 891 and use that as your instructional greeting.

Quick add- I have used the method Breed mentions the most, unless a customer complains about callers going to the wrong message.
It sure would be a lot easier if Toshiba added just one more fuction box. Like the chain done, RNA, etc boxes, there could be one called "On Errors" or something like that, where you could dirct a caller back to a specific mailbox, or even repeat the one they are currently hearing.
Imagine the headache for a caller, afer working their way through 4 or 5 menu trees, only to hear the very first greeting because they hit a 7 instead of a 6!

Just an FYI to you all, in the Drop Downs in the MB Chains and Menus there is an Auto Attendant Application, once this selection is used the destination box Instructional greeting should start working. There was a point where that application was bad for the longest time, I don't know if it is fixed now, for those that have a MAS, give it a try.
