I just did some updates for Windows and Network eManager has given me an error, upon opening. I loaded a screen cap, so everyone else can see it, but it is quite large. So I am giving you a link, instead of the full size pic. I am going to download and reinstall NeMgr right now, to see if that solves it. Back in a bit.

I had the exact same error on 2 MAS's
Had to reinstall eManager on both, though I had some limited success with removing the lastest frameworks updates

MAC, I had the exact same issue last week after wonderful windows did an update and reboot. I had to re-install NEManager, then the SM/SD Card page would lock up the program.
I just installed the latest (B08) and so far its working OK.

I downloaded and re-installed, with NetworkeManagerV5.20B08
Re-boot and I am now working!

Here's the fix:
From the command prompt, change to the following directory: C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727 Type "aspnet_regiis -i" without the quotes. Wait until it finishes and then exit the command prompt.

Phonemeister beat me to it with the solution. Had the same problem yesterday, also last week the latest SQLServer security update disabled eManager - again. Same reason like I have posted a few months ago, the update would try to install, so it would first stop SQLServer, but then it could not find the proper database thread (i'm simplifying here) to restart it. I suspect this is Toshiba's doing, from the way they configure the SQLServer Express installation for emanager.

I just registered so I could thank all of you guys for this info. I'm a new Network Assistant, filling in until we get a new Administrator and I was dead in the water (thank you MS Updates).
