Hi All,

Can someone assist please i have recently upgraded numerous Netphone users but unfortunately previous user names are still displayed in window of Netphone where are this user names found as they are not configured in Netserver as all logins are now purely based on extension number these names are obviously coming from a previous file somewhere which i obviously need to change on the server?

Thanks in advance

Cheers Chris

You need admin rights to make changes to Netphone on the user's machines. In addition, you may have to use Netphone Admin to delete the entry. It will then auto populate the new entry when the user logs back in.
