Have a 100 rls 3.10
I put a CLID key on a phone, when I call that phones DID number I get the number in the log just fine.
This phone is also a member of a MCG. When a call rings in from the group caller ID is displayed but not recorded in the log.
Any way to work around this?

you would have to assign the extn to be the station that gets the call history store terminal for either a CO/GCO/Pool Line or PDN you cannot assign the extn for the MCG
