When trying to access VM from any of the phone extensions, I get a busy signal. I figure a reboot of the card is in order. Pushing the "shutdown" pin and holding it down doesn't seem to work. Pushing the "power" pin seemes to do the trick of shutting down, but I still don't get status lights when I power up. Thanks in advance for your help.

You can't just hit the Shutdown button and let it go.
First. is the yellow Shutdown LED illuminated? If that light never goes out after a power reset, then chances are the hard drive has taken a dump.
How many ports is it? If its less than 8 and you have R5 software, look into the Strata Messaging as a replacement.
