We have CTX100. I am new to this. I would like to disable a voicemail for an extention. What information do you need and how do I get the information?

So goal here is to have the extention available and after ringing it would return back to general prompt and not activate the voicemail for that extention

Thank very much for information.

The #621 code would keep the phone from following call forwarding to the voicemail. The caller could still end up in the user's voicemail if the caller originated in the voicemail system. If the caller was transfered from another extension, the call would bounce back to the person that transfered the call.

If the goal was to have the caller forward to the main auto attendant greeting, then you would need to either

A) Remove the Voicemail ID code. There is still a small possibility that supervised transfers from the auto attendant could still take a message in the voicemail box.

B) Delete the voicemail box. This can be accomplished by logging into the system admin mailbox. You should contact your Toshiba dealer for instuctions on how to do this.

If you have entered the #621 code and you want forwarding to voicemail to work again, enter #620. If you want to cancel the #6041 code you entered, use #6051, if you did not know this already.

I was told by a local vendor that I need Stratagy Voice Mail IVP8 admin software to remove voice mail option for specific extention. I would like to download this software and try it my self. What software do i need and how do I get the software and manual on how to use the software?

The software is not available for the public to download. Ask the local vendor for it.
