Greetings...I am currently awaiting my Toshiba Dealer account to be approved...meanwhile, I have a CTX100 client for whom I am providing support who is in pretty urgent need of LVMU1 reprogramming.
1) I can't find VM Manager ANYWHERE! I read somewhere that UAdmin2.0 can be used to administer the LVMU1, is this true? If not, could someone point me in the right direction...
2) While trying to connect to the LVMU1 with UAdmin2.0 (and a self-made DB9-RJ12), UAdmin gives me a message saying the supplied password doesn't match the LVMU. Does this necessarily mean I am talking to the voicemail and the default password has been changed?

Yep, you are talking to the vm.
I am dealing with the same issue tonight with a new customer. Looks like it will need resetting by Toshiba or defaulting.

defaulting won't reset the password that is set.
The password will need to be reset by Toshiba as they have a backdoor password that allows them to change the current one back to the default.
