I haven't been on Mike Sandman's site for a while, but had a reason to go there today. The site no longer has a link stating that the site was for sale, but instead has a new link to go to a "sister site" where you can buy products online (welcome to the new world, Mike!) The "sister site" is www.sandman-store.com, and in the upper left-hand corner of the site it says "Powered by TWAcomm.com". Of course I knew that before even seeing the tag line, because I recognized the site as looking the same as their TWAcomm.com and allentelproducts.com. So does anyone know if Mike actually sold to them, or is he now just partnering with them? Thanks! Justin

Looks like TWA has something to do with it. His site still says it's for sale. https://www.sandman.com/ and click on catalog link. He might be having them sell his products.

it probably doesn't exist!
NOTE: sandman-store.com is a sister company that has most traditional telecom products, has on-line ordering, and sells to everybody in the US.
sandman.com (this site) specializes in strange telecom stuff, only takes telephone orders, and sells to telecom companies world-wide.

Due to the country's current credit crisis, Mike Sandman Enterprises, Inc. (MSE) is no longer being offered for sale.
In the last couple of months inquiries have stopped coming in, so we're going to wait until the economy/market/politics improves before offering the company for sale again.
Like every other business in America, our intention in selling the company is to maximize the return for past efforts, and in our case speed up growth in a rapidly evolving industry. The credit situation in our country has stalled mergers and acquisitions of both large and small companies, in most industries.
So far, MSE has seen growth in a year that looked like it could have been catastrophic (at least according to news reports). Most companies still involved in manufacturing in the US should see growth as the economies of manufacturing here make importing from China less of a bargain.
We'll continue developing new telecommunications products, and solving strange telecom problems on our own until the business climate in the US improves, and credit is more available to potential buyers.
Even though we're not actively looking for a buyer at this time, every company is for sale at the right price! Should your company be looking to acquire a telecom distributor/manufacturer in a strategic sale (only), and there are substantial synergies, give us a call. We're not looking to be acquired in a financial sale.

Another example of the ability of the media to drive the economy. In truth, it's not great, but once they get done with it, IT'S TERRIBLE! That's how they started the recession in the '80's. Anyone that doesn't understand the signifigance of 'LEFT' and 'RIGHT' in American politics, should never, ever, read the paper, or more to the point, watch the 'talking airheads'. The 'talking airheads' just stick a hog ring in the nose of the naive, and drag them wherever they or their handlers want. Maybe the founding fathers had the right idea. They didn't really want to educate the 'great unwashed' any more than necessary to allow them to 'follow the leaders'.  Of course, I wouldn't be here, if they had been successful. AND I DO TAKE SHOWERS, EVERY SATURDAY NIGHT! (Ha, Ha, beat you to it!)  John C
