For holidays, my customer wants to play same greeting for each holiday. However there seems to be only one month/day to be assigned each greeting (170, 171, 172... etc).
Is there any way to assign a date range to a particular holiday greeting, or a way to copy a recorded greeting to the other holiday greetings?

change the mailbox in question to a "script" mailbox instead of a "user" and setup a script to do what you want. A script mailbox can do just about anything from my experience, you just need to play around with it until you are happy that it is doing everything the way you need it to.

On the mailboxes, you havve a tranfser option of yes, no, and day. This is like DND. When you set it for day, it will transfer to the extension when the system is in Day mode, but take a message when system is in night.
Setup the business hours and set department mode to auto. Just be away that when set to auto, the last part of the greating will change depending on if it is day or night.
You can do a lot with script. It is simular to tokens with Stratagy. I don't think you need to use a script in this case. I would make a general mailbox to be the operator for the department and set transfer mmode to Day.
