I'm setting up a new CIX40 with SIP trunks. The customer has 4 DID's for 4 different companies. On an inbound call, all phones ring, but they need to answer with the unique company name for the DID called.

I was going to setup 4 multiple call groups, but don't see any way to identify the DID dialed to the end user so they know how to answer. ?

You can put a DNIS nane in the DID programing. This should work the same as a PRI

If they have DP5000 series phone, the DNIS name should be displayed along with caller ID. If they have DKT3000 phhones or on an older system, then you have to set the DNIS name to display instead of the caller ID name on the top line by changing it in COS.
