I have a new customer with an old ctx 100. Their receptionist retired and you know the rest.......
Anyway, they have tried default passwords, best guesses, you name it and can't get in via a phone to admin their system.
Is there a way to reset the PW back to default?
Is there a certain extension they should be using?
Should I purchase the Ctx winadmin and try to connect via laptop?
