We have a ACD system that keeps going into "demo mode"
Toshiba tech just told us that they do that once in a while?
I was going to post a screen shot, but our company has blocked access to every sharing site I have tried.

Are you using VA? What version of ACD and VA are you using? Is this the HMP or Dialogic MAS?

ACD ver 2.4, build 14
Voice Assistant ver 4.2 build 1
Using HMP
This was a old ACD, one of the first micro mas's that came out. About a year ago they wanted net phone, which they still have never used. Had to do lots of upgrades.
This started about 6 months ago.

If you upgraded past the date that their maintainance expired, then it will go into demo.
If their mainatainance expired a long time ago, then look for the oldest version of Netphone and ACD in the archives on FYI.
