I found that you can take a analog vodavi voicemail and incorporate it into the ids system. The only problem I have is a long delay, from the time the the call is forward to voicemail to the time the system actually answers with the greetings. I have played with the timers of the m section in the g screen. any suggestions on how to quicken the voicemail to answer faster will be helpful.

There is a registry item called InBandWait=X Try to lower it as low as it will go without effecting the leave and retrieve features. Warning: If you set it too low the integration will not work. Test Leave and retrieve after changing the registy item. Remember: after changing regisrty you must reboot before changes take effect. <font face="Verdana, Arial" size="2">Originally posted by OLD TECH: I found that you can take a analog vodavi voicemail and incorporate it into the ids system.
